Shower inconvenience: The only minor issue we encountered was that the shower setup was a bit tricky. However, it's a small inconvenience that can easily be worked around.

Free wifi was available. Everything was so perfect overall, even so the bathroom was tiny. We stayed adjacent to Galileo Galilei airport, 25 km

we had a very comfortable stay in lucca just next door to the old town, the center of lucca and the train station and the old town center. it was convenient and perfect in the centre. stayed in fairly quiet room with great views. the breakfast was enjoyable and there was lots of food.

I had a really comfortable stay, with location in the centre. Everything was perfect and I got ironing for free. It had a marvellous and convenient setting next to the ramparts and the town centre, two bars, the town walls...

The staff was fantastic, the room was a good size and quiet, and the bed and pillows were really comfortable, plus it's within walking distance from the train station.

We had a wonderful stay at Suite Sofia. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old town and close to all the attractions. The apartment itself was lovely, with cozy furnishings and a homely atmosphere. We appreciated the thoughtful touches like the city map with recommendations and the well-equipped kitchen. The host made us feel very welcome and even provided coffee, tea, and basic cooking essentials. Despite a small shower, our overall experience was fantastic. The music from the outdoor cafes below added to the charm of Lucca. we highly recommend this accommodation.

We had a fantastic stay in a conveniently located apartment. It was just a short walk from the train station and very close to the city center of Lucca. the apartment was clean and comfortable, with a well-stocked kitchen and a comfortable bed. the shower was a bit small, but everything else was perfect. We loved the extra touches such as the complimentary tea, coffee, jam, and biscuits, as well as the quiet kettle. the host was friendly and welcoming, ensuring we had a pleasant stay.

The shower doors in the bathroom were a bit awkward to use, but it was not a major issue for us.

The communication with the owner was effortless and he was very accommodating. We were able to leave our luggage for a few extra hours after check-out. the location of the flat is fantastic, right in the heart of the city. It is centrally located between the train station and the old town center. the flat itself is lovely and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. There is even a bike shop downstairs to rent bikes and explore the city walls. the owner, Massimiliano, was extremely kind and helpful, always available on WhatsApp.

Suite Sofia provided everything I needed for a pleasant stay: a comfy bed, a good shower, and air conditioning to escape the summer heat. the kitchen was well-furnished, allowing me to easily prepare my own meals. the owner, Massimiliano, was incredibly kind and always available on WhatsApp, making communication a breeze. He even provided coffee, so I could enjoy a cup upon my arrival. I felt right at home and would definitely stay here again on my next trip. Cons: Everything I could possibly need or want was provided. 🤩.
